In Autumn 2004, the Financial Services Authority took full regulatory control of mortgage business and regulation of general insurance followed.

We are rebuilding our Mortgage Interview multimedia, created as a joint venture with the Yorkshire Building Society, around a fully compliant interview, including the new requirements.  This will be available as:

  • interactive multimedia CD-ROM
  • e-Learning for intranet

This will be launched in Summer 2006. Details
